Code Violations issued in 2013 to property owners that inherited an abandon property once occupied by a family member. We worked closely with the City of Calabasas to address all of the violation and present mitigation measures preventing the City from taking the property back from the owners. We obtained a demo permit from an Oaktree inspection Arborist report and cleared the entire property without impacting the Oaktree's and prepared the property to hit the market, For Sale!

Two years after a full ground-up development of this beautiful home, FEMA tagged this home as a property within the local floodplain zone. We were hired to rectify the situation and meet the mitigation measures reinstating the "revoked" Certificate of Occupancy for the homeowner.
