A mother of four, a licensed real estate professional for 25+ years, with a love for construction and development. Kimberly is the daughter to one of the first female general contractors in the state of California, Pamela Jaye, General Contractor License #425891. Kimberly was her mother's right hand gal since 1986. which truly ignited her love for real estate.
Shortly after completing her education, Kimberly joined CBRE in Newport Beach, as head of operations running the Institutional Group. After her contribution to establishing the capital markets group, Kimberly joined CBRE Investors and raised capital for several value-add real estate funds on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds and endowments. Upon the 2008 shake up, Kimberly transitioned from real estate to institutional insurance fund management at Guggenheim Partners in Santa Monica as head of operations working along side Scott Minerd in running the operations of the trading floor while also overseeing and managing the Milken Institute Capital Markets Symposiums. Kimberly also enjoyed a long stay at BIG Shopping Centers managing over two million sf or retail shopping centers across the US (BIG:TASE). Her last stop prior to launching her own firm, Kimberly was responsible for every big box Sears location west of the Mississippi for Seritage Growth Properties (SRG:NYSE).
Kimberly is a mother of four children, Kyle, Troy, Jordan, and Zoe and spends her non-profit time raising funds and awareness for children and young adults with autism (as her Son, now 29, was diagnosed at the age if two).
